"Virtual tours" are interactive, 360° photos which allow your website visitors to explore your premises or location from their computer. Using their mouse, they can look all around them, including above and below - giving the feeling of being there.
They can benefit businesses in a range of industries, including:
- Leisure and hospitality
Restaurants, cafés, wedding venues, pubs, clubs, conference venues, exhibition venues, gyms, sports grounds, music venues and theatres - Travel and tourism
Tourist attractions, museums, historic sites, tourist information, city guides, guest houses, bed and breakfasts (B&Bs), hotels and regional development agencies - Property
Estate agents, developers, builders and architects - Public sector, charities and education
Councils, schools, local media and charities - Business and industry
Factories, offices, construction or retail - Training
For industry or e-learning environments
Your virtual tour can also contain ‘hotspots’ which when clicked provide either textual information, a link to web pages (such as product or other information), or click through to another panorama. A virtual tour can consist of a single panorama, or several linked together through hotspots or a clickable map. They can be used on websites, or offline in CD-Roms, multimedia kiosks or sales presentations.
Virtual tours can be hosted on any standard web server, or for a small annual fee, we can host your tour on our tourGuide system, which provide wide compatibility, customised colours and design to match your own website, and integrates with just a simple link.
